We especially liked the hot tub and that each room had its own heat/air unit. The only small negative, which really is a matter of taste, is that the mattresses downstairs are quite firm. We thought the location was fantastic and just a short five minute drive to nearly everything you could need in the plaza. But also the area felt far away as the neighborhood itself was quiet, and the house itself had a stunning view of the red rock. Parking was easy on the driveway. The house was very clean and updated and decorated beautifully. The backyard was one of our favorite places, including a hot tub. It just felt serene out there. if we are back in Sedona, we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for hosting. ##### Ashton F. Spectacular views from the front, the back and especially upstairs. Stayed here with our teenaged daughter, could've accommodated another couple. Bedrooms are well-appointed, front and back patios are definite highlights. Saw javelinas multiple times while we were there! Super close to the best hiking spots, dining, groceries etc. Would definitely stay here again. ##### Keri W.
