Fully stocked kitchen, large private yard, back patio with gas grill, seating and fire pit (Oct 15 - Apr 15). Unit has the original wood burning fireplace inside, adorable vintage kitchen and bath, complimented by high-end furnishings and linens. Red rock views from the living room, dining room and back yard. This home is a duplex. City of Sedona Short Term Rental Permit #: 004958 Smart tv\`s in both bedrooms and living room, wifi, large yard, comfy beds and custom bedding. Private, natural back yard. Large patio with fire pit and gas grill. Dryer is in the garage, accessed from the front courtyard. Guests have access to the entire property starting at 4 pm on your check in date. Indian Gardens in Oak Creek Canyon has the best espresso in the Sedona area, hands down, along with a spectacular sitting garden; call to see if they have reopened. The shopping area at the Hyatt has unbelievable views that shouldn\`t be missed. Chipotle is there for a quick meal and \`The Vault\` is great for a walkable evening meal. Theia\`s is a quaint coffee shop within walking distance, although every time you order you get a surprise. You may order a latte and get a cappuccino, but the artwork is cool, the views are great and you\`re supporting a local. Sedona has a high volume of out-of-towners and the roundabouts stump lots of them. To feel comfortable, you may want to research how to navigate a roundabout and then expect no one to do it right : ). The drive up Oak Creek Canyon boasts breathtakingly beautiful scenery but be aware that some visitors stop in the middle of the road to take pictures, make unexpected u-turns and some even lay in the middle of the road around blind corners...(you would be shocked). Please drive carefully in the canyon...people do crazy things when they forget others are on the road. The host was amazing- she responded immediately and provided fabulous suggestions. The condo was tidy and had so many special touches- great games to play for family nights, a beautiful view of the mountains, lovely design details. And the location was perfect! Right in the heart of town- wonderful breakfast and dinner restaurants nearby. Sedona itself was INCREDIBLE- amazing hikes. 5 Stars all around! ##### jessica l. Beautiful, cozy home! Walking distance to shops and restaurants in the Uptown area, that was a huge benefit. The home was very clean and the retro decor was too adorable.
