"Coronado-II" (NEW on VRBO in Jul '17) gives you your own private "resort" and presents expansive big sky and red rock views. In fact, all 4 of our Sedona "pool" homes have direct sight of magnificent Gunsight Rock and 2.8 miles from world-famous Cathedral Rock and ultra-exclusive Red Rock Crossing. But "Coronado", specifically, is 1.5 miles from world-famous Bell Rock. "Coronado'' also sits 400 yards from the club house of the Robert Trent Jones 18-hole championship country club (public) and is next-door neighbor to our "Apache Gunsight" (VRBO 186011). So pamper yourself in outdoor luxury, shade and sun, high-end spas and walks. Walk out the front door and in 2 min and be at the 1st tee-box, Oak Creek County Club House, the putting green, or Redstone Restaurant (tennis courts nearby too). Coronado is your own private luxury resort. The private pool also has a PebbleTec Prism Blue bottom and decorative waterfalls. 'Coronado-II' is also minutes from a number of the popular trail heads, shopping, and famous restaurants. This Sedona villa has 5 bedrooms - a king master, a king guest (with twin on opposing wall w/ twin trundle underneath), and Guest Room 3 is equipped with a King, and Guest Room 4 has a unique "Queen" bunk (top and bottom) and a twin on opposing wall, and Guest Room 5 has a unique 'Queen' bunk top and bottom. (NOTE: These last 2 rooms of 5 are off the side of the garage). There are also two sleeper sofas: a Queen and Full-bed sleeper sofas in family room. Premium mattresses upgraded throughout (we put aside the sleeper mattresses and upgraded with higher-end). Wireless internet, 4 HD cable TVs, included. Professionally managed and cleaned. High School Boys basketball tournament success
Thank you Jeff and Eli for a stay that can be described as no less than perfect. We had a high school basket ball team of 15 boys and everything with this property was easy! The check in, the location, the convenience of groceries, accommodations, direction for pool/hot tub, EVERYTHING! Your kind concern and communication with us was so thoughtful! Wonderful Property And Layout
This home was truly wonderful for our families, with just the right amount of open space combine with being in-one-home with great layout so that we could spread out and be apart from separate families when we wanted. Great furnishings and pool and hottub were fantastic with a great patio veranda overhang to protect us from sun at lunch and dinner dinings outside. The host was very helpful with our questions and we will definately stay here again. Location is great for the local hikes at Cathedral Rock and Bell Rock and stores/restaurants in The Village, they call it. Bike rentals and ability for a short walk to golf course, Oak Creek Country Club, which my husand did too while we were out with car etc. Thanks so much for having and will come back in fall.

Lovely Home, Pool, Sky And Area
We had an fantastic extended family vacation here and couldn't ask for a more wonderful and welcoming home. Spacious, inviting, with views of Gunsight red rock, and close to hikes at Bell Rock and Cathedral Rock and rental bike shops just a quarter mile down road. Large supermarket also nearly walking distance. And within walking distance is the Golf Country Club we played at and practiced on driving range and sat at their grill to watch sunsets. Also loved this part of town, since traffic in other parts looked excrutiating, so we think its a well chosen location. We will definately be back. And our kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. Thanks again.

Sedona Stay
Overall an excellent experience. The few issues we did have were promptly dealt with by the owner, and he was very effective with communication. We thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and flexibility this house affords, with the indoor and outdoor space and amenities. In particular, we enjoyed the outdoor area - both the jacuzzi and pool, in addition to the covered lounge and eating area.

Amazing place!
We had such an incredible stay at this house and it was by far one of my favorite vacation rentals I’ve stayed at! The house was immaculately clean, in a great location, the beds were very comfortable, and communication/check in was super easy. Having the pool and hot tub was so wonderful and someone even came and cleaned them on our first morning there! The house was perfect and a great place to relax with very easy access to all Sedona has to offer!

Home not taken care of.
Looks like a nice home but it’s clearly a property the owners don’t put any money into. Second bath looks like a bathroom from a roadside Hwy hotel. Shower head and knobs are barely functional. Screen door to the back yard was broken. Blinds falling down in master bedroom. Pool was dirty and had Algae and mineral build up on the walls. Many old leafs in the pool and spa. Remotes missing for TVs and gas fireplace didn’t work. No bbq scraper. All these things are unexpected for a VRBO especially with the price tag. All and all the place worked out just not the full experience our family wanted for a spring break trip with the price tag. Think twice before renting this one.

Great house in a perfect location
We loved staying here with our two kids and a bunch of adults. The kids loved the pool and swam everyday. It’s located right next to some amazing trails and also the golf course which was ideal for some of our family. It was also nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of Sedona but still close to everything. The house is nice ~ we didn’t realize the two bedrooms were through the garage but they worked well for the kids and us. The house could have been a bit more stocked and things like toilet paper and salt but other than that we have no complaints. Jeff even had the pool preheated for our kids when we got there which was much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

Sedona trip
The place was great. We stayed in the winter so the heated pool was really nice. The location was perfect for the following reasons: Very close to a super market, Sedona was super crowded but this property is far enough away that we didn't have to deal too much with traffic, and there were a lot of good outdoor activities within 20 minutes. We had people off all ages from 2 - 57 years old and there was something for everyone.
