« Perfectly peaceful place to just get away for a couple of days! House was perfectly cozy for the 2 of us. Mary was so easy to work with! Her store in town is adorable and coffee was delicious! The town of Sedan was perfectly quaint but we were able to figure out everything we needed. Went nature exploring and were able to see the properties waterfall and even some buffalo! The distillery tour in town was interesting as well. Would definitely gladly stay again if back in the area! Thank you! 😃 »

« When we arrived the water pipes were frozen and there was no water or heat. We contacted owner who had us contact a local person to help. This person told us we needed to find somewhere else to stay. I tried to contact the owner again but was unsuccessful. I would like to get a refund. »

« This is a quiet little space in a quiet little town. Its a very "vintage" home, but dont let that discourage you from renting this lovely home. Beds are super comfortable, immaculately clean & comfortable. I had to contact owners directly as the Evolve team was lousy at communication. Owner was lovely and accomodating!! Thanks for a wonderful place to stay! »

« Outstanding rural area where we didn’t see another person during our stay-exactly what we wanted. We brought all of our food and fishing gear. We had our three year old grandson with us and he loved watching the lizards on the SE side of the house! Great dock for fishing. We grilled on the patio and enjoyed snores there too. Several areas to gather inside to eat and play games in the evening. My boys definitely want to return! »

« Every year a group of us travel to a new place to fish (freshwater). This experience was at the top of the list. Fishing was full of excitement, bass and crappie hit hard all weekend. This private lake is about 70 acres plus extended fishing opportunities on the north side of the lake up a navigable creek. « We reserved this place to stay for my dads memorial service in Dexter. The listing shows it sleeps 10 which is far from true. There were only 7 beds. 1 queen, and 6 twins! The listing breakout showed 4 bedrooms and futons/sleep sofas in the common area. When we arrived, we found 3 rooms upstairs containing the beds. No futons/sleep sofas where to be found anywhere.
