"The hotel is clean, washroom is clean. Staff are very friendly. Location is great for me near Maxwell MRT Station, near Chinatown and near Maxwell Food Center which is one of the Hawker Food Center in Singapore. Condiments on the fridge are free during our stay and they re-stock the fridge when you have the room cleaned. There are only minor things like, there are tea and coffee bags but there is no kettle provided maybe you can ask for it. I normally drink warm water in the morning. Room...

"Although I didnt take advantage of all the amenities, I walked around the Hotel and noticed the cleanliness and maintenance of every area. The room was clean and spacious. "Location is good for MRT access and food/attraction. That's about it. Rooms are pretty basic, not much for amenities. Also be aware that they only will do housekeeping every 3 days, so expect to re-use all your towels, which will be forever damp due to not being able to dry fully in the room. Also our bedsheets had a noticeable stain on them when we check in, staff did not do anything for it. Housekeeping also did not change out our bed sheets even once during the entire 6 night stay, even after requested. Keep expectations low here when it comes to service. "
