It is located in the center of Sebring with quick access to all. $945 per month for year around or for seasonal rental--5 month rental $2300 mo., 4 month rental $2900 , . Rent includes water, sewer, garbage and all outside maintenance and landscaping. No age restrictions for residency, PET FRIENDLY. Many upgrades have been completed by the HOA in the past 3 years including fresh exterior paint, a complete new roof on all of the condos, privacy fencing for back patio, and a resurfaced parking lot. The condo includes the following: stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave, washer, dryer. The main floor has the living room, storage room under the stairs, a half-bath, a kitchen, bar, dining area, and sliding glass doors that leads to your private patio that consists of a concrete slab and privacy fencing. Upstairs includes a linen closet, utility closet housing the washer and dryer hookups, 2 bedrooms with master bedroom with a balcony looking directly out on Lake Jackson. HOA approval is necessary.
