Featuring the perfect place to kick back, relax, grill, watch the game pool side! Our home features a HEATED and Screened pool with a soothing waterfall. The main house has a spacious King Master Suite with pool view/access and a private full bath. The twin guest room has it's own full bathroom. Off of the pool deck, enjoy our Private Cabana! The Cabana is a King Master Suite providing a full bath, coffee bar, and dedicated patio. Perfect for multi couple arrangements and/or extra guests.

This home was so lovely! It fit our needs perfectly. We really enjoyed playing in the pool! The hosts really thought about how to make their home inviting and comfortable for their guests. The kitchen was well equipped and made cooking easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Will definitely recommend this place!

We had a great week in this well maintained house. The pool was perfect for the hot summer days. The owner was very quick with his response when we had to contact him with a question. Close to the beach as well as shopping. Would definitely recommend and we will be keeping this on our list of homes to stay at when visiting Sebastian area.

This is one of our favorite places to stay. With plenty of activities to do in the area without all the hustle of typical tourist areas. The pool area is our favorite to relax in the house, of course. Very clean and comfortable property inside and outside. Everything you need is right at your fingertips. We will always return to this house year after year. Also the host of this property is nothing less than amazing. We even decided to extend our vacation by 4 extra days and the property was available, so they sent me the payment request and made the process as easy and seamless as possible. Thank you from myself and my family, fur baby included.

A Great Place for 3 Couples

Friends reunion with three couples was terrific. The late morning couple used the pool house bedroom and the two early rising couples used the two bedrooms in the main house. Plenty of pots, pans, utensils and dishes. Poolside beverages and snacks were a daily pleasure. Super location.

Perfect Family Retreat

This 3 bedroom property was above and beyond expectations. Very well appointed with everything you will need. We appreciated so many things that were clearly labeled and explained to make our stay smooth. Two washers and dryers made pool towels at the ready that were also stocked for us. A kids paradise with a sandbox, toys and trucks galore. We had fun in the pool playing catch with the balls and toys that were just waiting for us. If a beach day is in order there are chairs and even bugs spray and sunscreen. Seriously the best VRBO experience!

Paradise in Sebatian Florida

This house was FANTASTIC! The house, cabana and pool were all very clean and well maintained. It was the most well-equipped home that we have ever stayed in. The kitchen had lots of dishes, glasses, cookware, bakeware, and basic spices. The appliances were newer and worked great. All the bathrooms were well stocked with soaps, shampoo, razors and saving creams. There were plenty of linens, plus beach towels for the pool and visiting the ocean. The double washers and dryers were fantastic for getting laundry done quickly and efficiently. The garage had chairs and sand toys for taking to the beach. The house was full of family fun. There were a variety of toys and games. The screened in pool area was fantastic. There were lots of flotation devices and toys for the pool. The provided pool alarm gave us real peace of mind when our family was visiting. The outdoor bar and TV were great for outside meals and socializing. The property manager, Eddie Nero was awesome. The information he provided about the house was very detailed and timely. If we had any questions about things in the house, he responded to us very quickly. Sebastian was great with good restaurants nearby. We enjoyed visiting the communities both north and south of Sebastian. Driving Highway 1 and the A1A made visiting the area easy. Viewing rocket launches from Cape Canaveral were awesome to watch, whether on the beach at the ocean or standing in the front yard of the house.

A private family dream vacation

This is our second time staying at this home, and its becoming our second home here in Florida. We traveled from Canada and the booking process, communications, and host response time was amazing. We felt safe and secure and comfortable in this clean rental. We plan to be back again soon!

Wonderful property

Stayed here four nights. Communication with Eddie was great. Property was super clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Nice neighborhood to walk our pups. We enjoyed the pool a number of times. Beautiful landscaping in the back yard and around the pool made for privacy and a feeling we were in the tropics. 🙂🌴 Highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again if we are ever in the area.
