"Our family live nearby and needed to relocate for a few days while work was being done on our home. We chose this place and it turned into a mini vacation, the pool and property were fantastic. The house was cute, clean and very comfortable. Bonnie was super communicative and helpful, we would definitely stay here again. It was a wonderful experience! "

"This was a wonderful place to stay while visiting family in the area and welcome our new granddaughter to the world. We really appreciated all the little touches that made it possible to host a nice home-cooked dinner for 6, such as cloth napkins and pretty napkin rings, and plenty of stemware. Everything we needed in terms of dish soap, hand soap, paper products, etc. were provided. We especially enjoyed the screened porch and private backyard. We would love to book it again when in the area."

"Two families decided to get away to VIP island for the weekend. We are so glad we did. The house is exactly as described. Perfect set up for two families two bedrooms upstairs two bedrooms downstairs. Both with a kitchen. Erin was an excellent hostess, who responded quickly anytime we had a question. The house is modern with everything you could possibly need for a weekend getaway. VIP island is relaxing close to Sebastian close to the sandbar close to Open water. We loved everything about it and will absolutely be back."

"Super unique and fun stay. The owners are very friendly and helpful.Just a couple of suggestions for future guests planning on staying for more than a couple days: Take ice for the cooler, possibly an extra cooler, paper plates and utensils, paper towels, extra garbage bags. But I'm pretty sure if there was anything you needed/forgot the owners would supply or direct you on an easy means to get it. They are very responsive. I highly recommend you rent their boat. Driving around and docking up to restaurants really made the trip enjoyable. But simply staying on the house, watching the sunrise and sunset with fish jumping, dolphin fins, manatee nose peaking out of the water is an ideal way to get away for peace and tranquility. "

"This property is great for families and so peaceful we love all the little hangout spots the bait shack was so useful and the swings on the deck was one of my favorite spots in the morning and evening and all the dolphins wow the pool was great for the kids and the hot tub was great in the evening check in and check out went so smoothly I would have to say this home is a 10 out of10"

"Great place to have the whole family together for a needed vacation. Had access to the dock and boat lift. Public boat launch 300 yards down the road. Great fishing and ate at the restaurant next door. Everything so convenient and the kids loved the pool. "
