This house is a 5 minute walk to everything that Ballard has to offer, 3 minute walk to the grocery, and a short drive to Seattle Center, SLU, and downtown Seattle. This well-appointed space features 2 bedrooms (Queen and Full), 2 bathrooms, a private outdoor space, and all the amenities you would expect in a luxury hotel room. With a well appointed kitchen, clean and comfy beds, pretty and modern bathrooms we were quite comfortable. We enjoyed sitting outside to eat on the picnic table in the little courtyard. The location was convenient for what we wanted to do. Parking was street parking only and if you returned at night was pretty difficult to find. The unit felt very small even though the total sq ft was reasonable, it was the layout. Lastly the light switches were wired oddly so we never quite figured out the lights. This property is located in the Ballard neighborhood where the wedding was held. It was quick walking distance from Market street where there are plenty of bars, coffee shops and restaurants. Walking distance to downtown Ballard with bars and restaurants. Multiple coffee shops within 5-10 min walk. A Uber or Lyft was about $30 to downtown Seattle and $50-$60 to the airport. The property was extremely clean (I am very picky about this) the linens were nice and clean. There is a lot of stairs to the 2 higher levels, very cute and quaint.
