The house is in a wonderful neighborhood that is quiet and has beautiful flora and fauna. We walked to the Petit Pierre Bakery where we enjoyed delicious pastries and coffee. From the rooftop you see downtown, the Space Needle, can hear the trains and watch sailboats and ships. We grilled, used the fire table and had dinners outside. The living room has large windows and a comfortable place to cook, dine and hang out. Be aware you have stairs to climb - this is not for anyone who cannot climb stairs! The master bedroom has a very lovely ambiance with its own bathroom with a deep soaking tub and a Grohe rain shower head. The kitchen has a large island plenty of cabinet space and adequate dishes and utensils (we had four in our party). Access was easy and clear. We had a Mazda CX90 and it fit in the garage (although I would recommend a bit smaller vehicle if possible for ease of navigating). We stayed five days and enjoyed this property immensely. The home is in a quite neighborhood with an amazing rooftop deck. Easy to access Seattle’s bike path system. The home has a secure garage for one car. The home was clean and had all items we needed. The home has standing AC units not central air that we did not need to use. The propane tank for gas grill was empty upon using the grill but, the host quickly got replacement tanks on site same day.
