Pretty good layout. Has private entrance in back. Ran into owner in his yard & had good conversation. We were looking for a property with good a/c & no pets allowed. This is a backyard property & we were a LITTLE disappointed when we arrived back one afternoon, came in the private entrance & the dog came barking towards us (even though he was harmless. ) Owner may consider a gate between yard & VRBO entrance.??
