Upon arrival, you'll use a callbox located on the ground level, specifically near the North Tower entrance, to gain initial building access.

You will enter a designated 3-digit number (e.g., 986) into the callbox.

This action unlocks the main door and synchronizes the elevator to your unit floor, remaining open for 1-2 minutes.

If the elevator doesn't work on the first attempt, you may need to re-enter the code into the callbox to reset the synchronization.

Unit Access: Your assigned unit's door will either be open or unlock as you approach it.

Fobs and Keys:

Inside your unit, you will find a fob necessary for further building access and parking (if applicable).

A circular fob is used for building door and elevator access.

A rectangular fob is for garage access.

Fobs are specific to the respective floor and tower.

If a Soma parking fob is not working, it needs to be taken to the office for activation.

A smaller silver key in the keyset is the mail key, used to open the mailbox located on the third floor of each tower, with mailbox numbers corresponding to unit numbers.

All fobs and parking decals must be returned inside the apartment before checkout; failure to do so can result in a fine of up to $800. A lost parking fob specifically may incur a $250 fine

1.The rules of this community require a simple background check. Please share a photo of your ID and the credit card used for booking in this message thread (Note we do not have a front desk at our property so this is the only time you will have to show this). This information is collected for verification purposes only and is not stored or otherwise used by our team or affiliates.

-Please share a LinkedIn or social media profile if you have no reviews or references.

- Please share the names of each guest staying in the unit and their emails. If you fail to provide this information- there may be a delay in receiving your check-in instructions because we have a strict screening policy required by the owner of the property.

2. A refundable security deposit of $500 will be charged for one-night weekend bookings or at the host’s discretion. Guest will be notified in advance of charge and refunded within 7 days following the checkout if the guest did not violate the rental terms or damage property.

4. SMOKING: whether inside your unit, in a common area or roof deck, no smoking of any substance is allowed. Smoke damage to a unit will result in a $1000 fee

5. KEYS: to return any access keys and remotes with a $50 replacement fee for every lost key and $250 for any remote or entry FOB. The best thing to do after checking out, is take a photo of your keyset, and text us you've left the keyset behind and have checked out.

7. Please take shoes off at door entrance.

8.Noise and neighbors- must keep noise to a minimum and reasonable level from 9pm till the next day. This is not a party house. If any issues with noise and parties, whether small, medium, or large, we will submit a claim and not return the security deposit we hold.
-We use noise monitoring sensors (Noiseaware) to detect noise (not recording), and if we receive notifications of excessive loud noises, we reserve the right to evict you after several attempts of us asking you to reduce noise.

-Background checks- we use Autohost to check backgrounds and may need to collect more information to go with your IDs and credit cards. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if you do not pass or or have any bad history.

- You Must accurately share how many guests are coming. If the number exceeds that, there will be a $500 minimum fee for each guest per day.

Car: If you have access to a car or are planning to rent one, driving is a straightforward way to get to Bellevue. Simply take Interstate 90 eastbound from downtown Seattle, and you'll arrive in Bellevue in about 15 minutes (depending on traffic).

Bus: King County Metro Transit operates several bus routes between Seattle and Bellevue, including the RapidRide B Line and routes 550, 555, and 556. You can catch these buses from various locations in downtown Seattle, such as the Westlake or International District light rail stations. Two main problems with this property: 1 It is unmarked (both the building and the apartment), and it is unfinished (eg shower doesn’t have a holder for soap shampoo) 2 The HVAC unit is super loud and kept waking me up the first night Many other things are decent. Clean and convenient location. The only issue was I did get a parking ticket in the blog's indoor parking garage. A parking plaque left inside the apt. with the keys would have been clutch. Other then this. All good.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. Apartment was clean and as described. Great view of the lake and downtown Seattle. The check in process was a little confusing, but host was helpful and responsive to messages and texts. I would definitely stay again!

This place is small but plenty big for 1-2 people with all the amenities - pool, gym, full kitchen, laundry in the unit, etc.. Has a nice view of the water and downtown Seattle. Building is secure and neighborhood feels pretty safe. Bed could use a fitted sheet rather than a flat one on the mattress, and shower could use some kind of holder to set the soap in. Other than that though, not much else to ask for here. Hosts were communicative and welcoming - will definitely stay here again.

Amazing experience

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time in this apartment. Everything is within walking distance and the views from the windows are just stunning! Our host left us with all the possible items we might need during our stay and it was the most pleasant experience.
