It was the lack of sleep due to music being played really loud until 2am every night from the Ora establishment across the street. Maybe let the renters know about this being a possibility. Appreciated the air condition availability while we were there. It was used during the night when all windows were closed. We had a great time.A few recommendations are to check the outlets bc items don't stay plugged in. A few of the rugs need washed or replaced. We had excellent communication with our host, and were very happy to have them meet us at the location. The apartment is gorgeous' very clean and well apportioned. There is a lovely bakery downstairs for a quick breakfast and an amazing Thai restaurant around the corner (Bankrock Thai). The space needle and pikes market is within walking distance . The pool and spa is right down the hall from the apartment- great for kids to wind down after coming home. Vince was a lovely host, and so kind even through we had a mishap with the parking pass (we left it in a rental car). The private garage was an added benefit. Very secured and walking distance to many bars and restaurants. As a person from Texas we were not use to a place without central AC but that was easily taken care of by opening the windows in the cool Seattle weather. Again, there are a club nearby so if you open a window to cool things off it can get noisy at night. For the price, private garage, and location it was a good place to stay. It was clean and the host was very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Also check-out instructions were more simple than other Vrbo properties we have been to.
