The first floor bedroom is quiet, the second floor kitchen is equipped with everything one might need, and the third floor master has great views. The patio overlooking the waterfront is a great space to wind down after the day’s events. We would definitely stay at this property again. ##### Jessica R. If you’re a light sleeper, the downstairs bedroom would be better than the upstairs room, which has an en-suite bath. We were hosting family from overseas, so gave them the nicer bedroom, but the trains sounding their horns all night long disturbed their sleep. The property is clean and is in close proximity to Seattle attractions. The description mentions outside noise and stairs - both are definitely there! - but the provided earplugs were a nice touch.
