The home has some nice features and is close to UofW. The main bedroom is light and bright and the ac units worked great. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and watching the many pedestrians and cyclists going by. Close to a park with nice trails. The exterior of the house could use a little maintenance and removal of weeds. The basement shower was small and awkward to shower in. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it met our needs nicely. ##### Steve A. This home had tons of issues. The property management company was a call center and very unhelpful in resolving the problems. Very disappointing. We paid for two weeks and left early it was so bad. Here is a list of some of our problems. ANTS – The upstairs bathroom is overrun by ants. Never resolved during our stay. The host wanted to spray a “bug bomb” that required us to leave the property for many hours, to wash all surfaces after the treatment (counters, dishes, sheets, towels) and the removal of all food. SPIDERS – Downstairs was overrun with large spiders. Host said they are "normal," not a problem, and they eat other bugs. DIRTY HOME- The house is dirty and even soiled towels left in houseUNSAFE FRONT DECK – The wood on the front deck of the home is rotted. It is dangerous to stand on this deck. FALSE ADVERTISING PICTURES – Several of the pictures of the home (including the one of Mt.
