The best spots in the city are in walking distance. Pike Place Market, the waterfront, downtown shopping, Paramount Theater and the city's top bars and restaurants are within a 15 minute walk. Convenient access to the stadiums, the Space Needle, International District (Chinatown), and UW. Located right next to the Seattle Convention Center. This condo is also walkable to many hospitals in First Hill like Swedish, Harborview, and Kindred.
