Property had dated appliances and decor - red sheets and comforter. Sink did not drain quickly. One bedroom had a hand shower that was difficult to control. Hot water ran out within two minutes when both bathrooms were being used for bathing. So we had to take turns and wait despite having two bathrooms. Host fee was almost as much as rental. The area outside the house is beautiful and you can look at it from a big balcony. Cows roam in the pasture near the house. Downsides: the decor is really really dated, so the beauty is all outside the property. (It's not dated in a charming way, but just old.) No possibility of early or late check-in.
