The property is beautiful, and really close to some major attractions in Seattle. The amenities are great and made our stay easy. Just make sure those you're staying with are respectful of boundaries. Main bedroom on top floor over kitchen has no window that opens, when window AC was added, window was sealed shut. No door to outside, no door to close off this room. I assume property has not been inspected in awhile. 2 members of my community died in fire in uninspected luxury house rental. We did continue our stay, I did report this to house manager.
