The owners have provided everything you might need, including AC, which is rare in Seattle homes. The bathrooms are updated and clean and everything in the home worked well. We live in Seattle and stayed during a remodel of our home. As a Seattle'ite, I can say that the location is super convenient -- access to freeway, mass transit, light rail, Greenlake park -- all very close and easy to get anywhere in Seattle from this home. The Roosevelt Neighborhood is really walkable; there is delicious coffee nearby, a quick walk to the new light rail train, and several grocery stores. We had no problem ordering delivery food, and really enjoyed sitting outside on the patio. We had our dogs with us, and the yard is fully fenced. The description of the house does not mention the summer berry extravaganza in the backyard (raspberries, blackberries); my breakfast oatmeal was amazing for the month that we stayed at the house. Cooking was easy in the kitchen, I had everything that I needed. In fact, as a seasoned traveler/renter in the Seattle area, this is the best kitchen that I have seen so far.
