The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is 1157 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with no step at the entrance. \*\*Floor Plan\*\* • First Floor: Bedroom with queen bed, hallway bath with bath tub & shower combo. We provide a city-issued guest parking permit for free street parking. Do note that Capitol Hill is a densely populated area so street parking is first-come-first-served and can be hard to find depending on the time of day. Paid public parking is available nearby. \*\*About Fees & Pricing\*\* • The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests. • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We found the property very disappointing beginning with the neighborhood and although a parking permit was issued by the property parking was a nightmare. We spent over a half and hour finding a parking spot. The neighborhood did not feel safe. The unit itself was not comfortable. It was sparsely furnished and the television was not functional. After a couple of hours we moved to a hotel. It was a very expensive couple of hours! ##### Robin H. The property is wonderful for a small to midsized group of folks who want to explore Capitol Hill. Every review of this property was spot on. A grocery store and a number of excellent restaurants within a 2-3 minute walk. We used Uber vs renting a car. Ubers arrived within 1-2 minutes of requesting them. The townhome was well-appointed and had a handy inventory list so you could find anything you could need. It was extremely clean and a comfortable spot for our family to hang out when we were done with sightseeing. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Seattle again. ##### Meridith D.
