Next to historic Old Bellevue Main St, mins from Downtown Park & Bellevue Square.Enjoy the comfort of two queen beds, a full kitchen, and a modern construction. Your cozy retreat is ideally situated near all the attractions and dining options you desire. This is a one level guest suite on the basement level of a residence and is about 1000 sqft. It has an oversized bedroom with 2 queen beds, a full kitchen, a full bath, and laundry. This rental is only for the basement suite and does not include the upper levels nor the backyard. Guests staying on the upper level have a separate entrance and there is no access to the lower floor from the upper level. \*\*Home Highlights\*\* • Ample parking on driveway and in front of the home • Separately controlled heating & cooling for the Seattle summer heat • Smart TV for streaming with Netflix logged in for use. Very fast internet. • Kitchen is stocked with full range of kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, coffee & tea • All beds are outfitted with high quality mattresses, linens and a comfortable duvet • Onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs \*\*About the Reservation\*\* • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation.
