Book now to experience the best of city living. This spacious studio has a queen bed sleeping up to 2 guests, a private bathroom with shower, and a sofa for seating. With tall ceiling and big windows, the studio is bright, cozy and spacious and lives like a suite. Our guests rave about: \- Home is equipped with high-end West Elm furniture \- The bed is outfitted with high-quality mattress, linens and a comfortable duvet \- Kitchenette is equipped with fridge, microwave, electric hot plate, dishwasher, cookware, utensils for dinner, basic condiments \- Keurig coffee machine with coffee pods & tea bags \- Stainless steel top bar table can be easily converted to a dinning table \- Please note that the studio does not have an AC, but it stays cool during hot summer. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout. • Parking: the home does not have dedicated parking. The parking on our side of the street is free and there is no time limit, and the parking across the street is free but limited to two hours. Do note that this is a densely populated area so street parking is first-come-first-served and can be hard to find depending on the time of day. \*\*About Fees & Pricing\*\* • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing. • Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation. \*\*House Rules\*\* • This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. It was cramped, dirty and broken: multiple hairs on shower floor, bathroom floor, table, etc. Sticky goo on table, shower rod broken, mirror fallen off mounts, etc Towels wet.
