Walk score of 98, you are within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and multiple public transit options including the light rail (7 min walk away). 2 bed/bath on separate levels for privacy, and you get your own private roof top patio with views of downtown, the Space Needle, and Puget Sound. The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is 1120 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with no steps at the entrance, and is part of a gated townhome complex. \*\*Floor Plan\*\* • First Floor: Living room, kitchen, dining. My daughter and I visited Seattle recently and had a wonderful stay here. The unit is clean and uncluttered. The linens are very comfortable. Each room has it's own heating system which was great for creating a cozy space as needed. My daughter is considering moving to Seattle and so we made good use of the local public transportation so she could check that out. And we were easily able to access the light rail and buses from the unit. Everything is new and modern, beds are very comfy, bathrooms new and super clean! New washer dryer worked great. Yes, lots of stairs, but was no problem. Outdoor area was nice. Easy entry on arrival! Minor issues- Missing a wine opener, needs a few more tea towels and a mop as no shoes policy should have meant clean floors, but not the case for us. We immediately stuck to the floor in our socks, tried to clean the floors best we could, but could find no mop. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay a lot. ##### Karen A. Two issues One easy to fix - master bedroom on the third floor has a bed 15 inches off the ground- that is not the problem- There is no chair in the bedroom or the third floor- to put socks on you basically get on the floor- They need to at least put a small folding chair in the closest! Everything was nice about this place. Clean, comfortable and we loved that there were some food items that we were welcome to use! The nespresso machine was very much appreciated as we didn't have time to go out for coffee. There are quite a few steps in this house. Bedroom on 2nd floor with bathtub and shower, bedroom on 3rd floor with shower then on the 4th floor is the rooftop patio. We enjoyed wine, cheese and crackers here for sunset. The Safeway grocery is one block away so we got stuff for salad and had that for dinner. We didn't really get to enjoy the neighborhood at all but this was a last stop on our trip and we were tired so we all enjoyed the very comfortable beds. I will just leave a comment that I struggled to open and close the curtains in the bedroom. You have to pull a chain and I just couldn't get it to work. My husband was able to but it was not easy. Restaurants, public transportation, grocery store, and others are within a block or two. The rooms are small, but all you need. The neighborhood was very quiet which we appreciated for sleeping.
