The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is 1091 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with no steps at the entrance. \*\*Floor Plan\*\* • First Floor: Living room with queen sofa sleeper; kitchen, dining. Air conditioned. • Second Floor: Bedroom with queen bed, hallway bath with bath tub & shower combo. Heat only. • Third Floor: Primary bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. Do note that Capitol Hill is a densely populated area so street parking is first-come-first-served and can be hard to find depending on the time of day. The space was as pictured, clean and bright. Felt like a good amount of space for 3 adults. We had everything we needed and it was an easy walk to restaurants and to work. Loved sitting on the roof deck in the mornings and looking out over the skyline. The listing is very clear that there are lots of stairs—and it’s true!
