Front house (unit A): 1 bedroom, 1 bath single level home approximately 650 sqft. • Living room with queen sleeper; kitchen, dining, bedroom, bath, back door to parking. Air-conditioned. Back house (unit B): 1 bedroom, 1 bath studio type home approximately 200 sqft. • Bedroom, compact kitchenette, dining, bath.
