We found it to be clean with basic needs supplied. It was quiet and peaceful. Nice views from the big windows upstairs and from the deck. The beds are sort of like futon mattresses, but comfortable and I slept well.The host was responsive to our inquiries, and worked with us on a minor issue. I would have preferred a few more amenities, but that's just me. We had a change in plans and had to leave a couple of days early, they were very kind and refunded nights we did not stay as previously booked, which was so helpful and appreciated. ##### Kristine H. Very conveniently located near downtown Bellevue. It was not made clear until the day before arrival that there was no lake access. The house is surrounded by others which is all private property and very well marked as such. This did not matter to us for the purpose of our trip, but it would have been nice to have had this for consideration ahead of time should that have mattered. That said, there’s tons of trails and things to do near by and I ultimately recommend this property. ##### Wesley B.
