The guest suite is located on the basement floor of a detached home, and is completely seperate from the unit above. The entrance opens to a stylish, newly renovated kitchen, a living space with West Elm furnishings and a smart TV, and a dining set for four. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to cook during your stay, as well as coffee and tea supplies. The suite has two cozy bedrooms - the first features a king bed and the second has two twin beds. The bathroom is also newly renovated and features a tile shower surround and full sized bathtub. A very positive note, the parking is off street. There are outside lights, but they are dim, and the property is difficult to find for the first time in the dark. Try to arrive before sundown. Touching the keypad will light it up so you can enter your combination. Reminder to housekeeping to check the dryer filter to make sure it’s cleaned out. The “Funhouse” title refers to the floors. Like a carnival fun house the bedroom floors are slightly tilted and there are steps of different heights throughout the property. If you are old like me be careful. Blinds in the bedroom with the king-size bed do not reach the bottom of the windowsill. There’s a gap of 6 inches. Curtains in the living/dining area are sheer and occupants can be seen clearly from the outside at night. Bathroom sink is tiny and there is no counterspace. No televisions in the bedrooms. ##### John P.
