We had booked four nights there, but wound up checking out after the first night. It wasn’t a terrible building in facilities, but the clientele was very noisy. Late at night we had somebody knocking on the door looking for somebody that was not checked in our room. We did not get any sleep because it was so noisy and busy all throughout the night. The staff was wonderful though when I told them something came up and we were checking out early. They refunded me for the three nights we didn’t stay.

The check in process took about 45 minutes. There was an automated check in person, no real person staffed. The machines were slow and there was a long line. I appreciate new technology, this just wasn’t smooth at all. Try again next time.

It was 12:45 AM when we were checking in and we had to leave at 5:30 AM for the airport for our flight. We just wanted to check in and sleep. However, they have a new virtual clerk (possibly stationed in Indonesia or Singapore) and it took almost 30 minutes for us to check in. They asked for all of the information that we submitted in Expedia, and they had to have a copy of the drivers' licenses of ALL SIX people staying in the two rooms. We had to scan each of them (front and back). I did not feel comfortable having so much personal data scanned and sent halfway around the world over the internet. I will not be staying in a Motel 6 again.

It was a terrible stay. The room was directly above the laundry/ ice room so people were in and out of that room all night. The floor would vibrate after every door slam. There was almost no sleep and staff was not helpful.

Towels were dirty, the heating device was really loud, and there was almost no sound insulation. The bed was okay, but not really comfortable. There was no mini-fridge, and the basic bed sheets leave you cold, especially with a 1/2-inch gap under the door that leads directly outside! I’ve seen better motels than this with the same rating and price. Would not recommend!
