Our listing has been specifically designed with you comfort in mind. The sound isolated light-filled space combines the necessities like contact-free access, well equipped kitchen, free street parking and high-speed mesh internet with luxuries like quality sheets, premium mattresses and heated floors. The 1100sf apartment is located on the lower level of our classic Seattle Craftsman home and includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom and a large open-plan living/dining/kitchen space. You will enjoy 8’+ ceilings, large windows and toasty warm floors in winter. The lower level can be rented as 2 separate suites, or combined (this listing). This includes bathroom tiles, vanity, mirror & toilets; kitchen counters, backsplash & sink; and sweeping / mopping the floor. Additional cleaning services are available at cost. Guests are required to maintain a respectful level of cleanliness throughout their stay. Cleaning products are provided for your use.
