Two comfortable bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen in a fantastic location - steps away from Seattle University, Swedish Hospital, Harborview Medical Center and Virginia Mason Medical Center. Also minutes away from the hustle and bustle of E Pike St and Broadway where you can find vibrant streets of dining, cafes, shopping and nightlife. Close to everything, yet tucked away on a quiet street! The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is 1350 sqft. This is a 3 story townhome with no step at the entrance \*\*Floor Plan\*\* • First Floor: Entry; garage • Second Floor: Living room with queen sofa sleeper; kitchen, dining, half bath. • Third Floor: Primary bedroom w/ queen bed, TV and ensuite bath (shower & tub); guest bedroom w/ King bed; hallway bath with shower \*\*Home Highlights\*\* • Dedicated parking garage + parking permit for street parking • Big windows with lots of natural light, as well as blackout curtains for bedrooms • Kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, keurig coffee & tea • High quality bed, mattress, pillows & linens for comfortable sleeping • Onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs \*\*About the Reservation\*\* • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. This VRBO was perfect for the 4 of us. A short Uber to shopping and main attractions by Pike Place Market. We also took the Light Rail, and it was a short walk or Uber to several stops & the airport.Beds, bathrooms and kitchen were all as advertised. Parking was easy in garage. Check-in had a hiccup because the code did not work, and I had to stay out in the rain until it was sorted, but we were eventually able to get a key to get into the property. My main complaint is that to confirm the booking, the company/owners require a background check where you scan your driver's license. The privacy policy of the company was very shady, so I declined and they sent me a different option. I did not like that one either, but I went with it. I'm not deducting a star because all went well with the rental, but I would not come back due to the requirement to scan your drivers license for a third party company. ##### Charan R. It was nice that there were so many walkable places to eat! The condo was great! If you have a large SUV you will need to street park.
