Nestled in friendly Laurelhurst on Seattle's northeast side, you'll be near outdoor fun with Laurelhurst Playfield (0.4 miles) and Burke-Gilman Playground Park Trail (0.8 miles) close by. During the summer, enjoy swimming in nearby Lake Washington or ride a bike along the Burke-Gilman Trail. Meander through the shops at the nearby University Village, or tour the University of Washington campus. You're also very close to both the Children's Hospital and UW Medical Center. The buzz of downtown Seattle is also only a short drive from home. Explore the tree-lined streets of downtown, and flit between a host of galleries, shops, fabulous dining, and local attractions like Pike Place Market.

After exciting days out and about, return to your lovely home away from home to relax. The elegant sitting area is furnished with a comfy couch, a window-side bench, and a plush leather chair. Spend the evening curled up in front of the 42" TV and cozy gas fireplace. The musical maestro in your group can serenade your group in a second living area with a beautiful upright piano and plenty of seating between a queen sleeper sofa, armchair, and wooden bench. It's easy to cook and socialize in the updated kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances, plenty of prep space, and a kitchen island. A sunny dining area has seating for your guests, with armchairs just beside the table. To change things up, head outside to a gorgeous private backyard with a patio area, dining table, and a gas grill for sizzling dinner in the sun. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
