The hostess Sandra even added some extra thoughtful touches by supplying a basket of snacks, popcorn, keurig coffee maker/pods/coffeemate, and other appliances. I really liked how she had zip tied totes with cleaned pillows and blankets, which made me feel safe to use it knowing they are fresh/clean. Bathroom was very clean with ample fluffy white towels. The washer/dryer was a large capacity model in a nice large laundry room with a sink. She also provided a binder with information of nearby cafes and restaurants which was very helpful. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Street parking was always available in front. We enjoyed several of the local corner restaurants in the neighborhood. The University Village close by also had many restaurants and stores to explore. All to say, I would definitely return to stay here again in the future. ##### Connie L. The apartment is impeccably clean and nicely appointed with all the modern amenities. The hosts are very nice and accommodating. The only knock on the apartment is that it is not accessible for those with mobility concerns. This basement apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay in Seattle. Possibly the cleanest VRBO we've stayed in, the bed is super comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped to create all kinds of meals if needed.
