Walk down your six steps to the water and take in the South Sound, Mt Rainer, the Olympics, and Point Robinson. This well kept secret paradise is nestled between trees and the salty waters, you will forget how close you are to everything. 10 min. drive to SeaTac airport. Grocery stores and restaurants just minutes away. Easy launch for kayaks and paddleboards or just enjoy the scenery and sounds on the large deck. The space The location is very close to everything yet you feel like you’re a million miles away. Professionally landscaped surroundings, with exquisite nautical details throughout. Local wood carved benches, lush green grass yard, and 300 ft low bank waterfront without any obstructions. You can see Mt Rainer, the Olympics, Point Ruston, and Maury Island from the spacious deck. Large parking area can accommodate extra daytime guests. Note: Homeowners do live on the property and share the parking area. The Bungalow’s deck overlooks the only entrance to the property. You can expect to see minimal in and out traffic, as homeowners go about their day. However, the home is across bridges and faces opposite of unit for maximum privacy. Guest access Beautiful grassy area with carved benches directly in front of bungalow. Gorgeous rock steps to easily access beach. You are welcome to cross the bridge to the other side to access the boat ramp to beach, as this side tends to have more “beach”, even when the tide is high. Fire pit access is available up on request, although it is viewable/close to the homeowners side and not as private.
