We boast a 7 minute drive or bus ride to downtown; the space needle, Pike Place Market, the water front, Amazon and the Gates foundation. On our quiet street/alley there is a private entrance and your own off street parking spot(9.5 ft wide), which is very unique for the area! 95% walk score. Hill top had a private parking space off the street for us . The facilities in the B&B studio accommodation was well equipped and it also gave us privacy. Perfect for a couple .
