Situated near the heart of Greenwood, its only a short walk to one of Seattle's hip upcoming neighborhood with near-by top tier breweries like Lantern Brewing and Flying Bike as well as fabulous restaurants like Gainsbourg or Flit Creek Cattel Co. If you're a hockey fan, Seattle's first (and best) hockey bar, Angry Beaver, is only a 10 minute walk away. Located along the central transit like to the heart the city with the main bus line a 5 minute walk or the light rail a 7 minute drive, its easy to take a few days to explore all the city has to offer.
