Walking distance to Capitol Hill and the surrounding areas. Many lovely shops, restaurants and bars in the area, as well as a very nice park.The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable. The space is even larger than it looks in the photos.The reservation does not include a parking pass, so you are taking a gamble with the street parking out front. However, we stayed for two nights and had no issue or ticket for parking in the timed area. Otherwise, I believe there is open parking several blocks away.The only critique is that the hallway and stairway leading into the apartment was a little on the dirty side and there was an unpleasant smell. It did not infiltrate the apartment at all, but it is something to note.Had a great experience and would stay again! ##### Colin C. Parking is free but on the street although it wasn't a problem to find a space during the day. There is a nice sit stand desk with 27" Monitor (HDMI connection) which was great to work from when I had to.
