This condo was in a great location with an amazing cafe right at the corner and a grocery store a block or so away. It is close to the bus line that takes you straight to downtown and offered a peaceful place to relax after a busy day of exploring. My daughter says the pull-out was better than most but not as comfy as a regular bed. She still managed to sleep well, though! Jul 24, 2023 #### Very neat, clean and cozy! This unit was very welcoming, clean and cozy! The bathrooms and kitchen had everything you need and the furnitures were very comfortable as well. Checking-in and Checking-out was simple and the instructions were given ahead of time for travelers to acknowledge and ask questions to managers. Also, the parking is quite simple around this area. As long as you have the parking guest pass, you can park anywhere in the designated street parking zone. There's always a spot so don't get scared off about parking in the area. ##### Henry C. ### 6/10 Okay #### Verified traveller Aug 17, 2025 Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy Disliked: Communication Pros:- Great location on the corner of a residential street with easy parking and a commercial street with shops and restaurants.- Good size and layout.Cons:- Terrible customer service from Vacasa. They just have a guest services number to call for issues, which I did to report the bathtub/shower not draining properly. I received a curt response that I'd have to wait for the local team to contact me, which never happened, and the issue was never resolved.- Not amazing cleanliness. The seal of the front loading washing machine was moldy and smelled mildewy. A couple of the pans in the kitchen were dirty when we arrived.- Bargain basement paper products (toilet paper and paper towel) and no facial tissue. Recommend buying your own.- Provided portable A/C unit (the kind that vents through a wall) didn't seem to cool at all; just blew room temp air.
