What a deception
The room itself was quiet and the bed comfortable but beware that they do not refound your nights if you do a earlier check-out while they said that we had been told that it was possible but we had to wait to checkout before knowing how much we would get back (this is not honest). In addition to that, we were told that we would have a room cleaning after 7 days but when we asked for it, we were told that it would be after 14 days because they are short in staff... Finaly the cleanliness of the rooms surroundings is terrible, one day someone vomited on the steps to go to our room and despite that I asked 3 times to have it cleaned nothing was done. If you wipe the floor of the kitchen with a wet white kleenex it will turn to dark black....

The hotel is not what we thought. 1. location isn't bad if you like hearing the interstate. 2. They ask minors for identification (not ok). 3. The toilet flushes or cycles every hour. 4. You hear banging all night. 5. Their free breakfast is tiny stale muffins, oatmeal in a coffee cup and 1 type of coffee. 6. Beds are very stiff. 7. Door handle to enter doesn't open by pushing handle down, you have to push up and push hard to open. 8. AC doesn't really cool the room. 9. The morning staff were not welcoming. When asking desk about breakfast i had to ask twice and want even meet with the gentleman looking up at me, i got " Ya thats it there". The hotel is good for those who come in late and leave early with no need for accomidations or amenities.

My original room was dirty and had an awful smell, like someone had burned incenses or something in the room. I was then moved into another room that was also dirty. I was supposed to stay for 2 nights and ended up checking out early. They tried to decline refunding me for the second night but thankfully I had purchased trip protection from Expedia and was able to get a full refund.

To start a very bad customer service, from a african american lady, she gave us a very bad attitude when we asked for towels. Our room had a very bad odor. We were forced to moved to a different room late night. Last you guys advertised that room comes with complementary breakfast, thats false advertisement because you only served coffee with a muffins. Check in was slow, roòm was dirty & smelled stale. House keeping started knocking at 10:45am to get us out of the room even though we still had 15 minutes left to check out, and he was rude about it. You get what you pay for! 👎👎

The place is nice but the service /staff was horrible. The staff helped us to check in is definitely an Asian hate. First of all, she insisted that we came to the wrong hotel before asking my name to look at reservation. After I gave her the Expedia reservation of 2 rooms, she insisted that the reservation was not in the system. Then she said she can find reservations for 1 room but not 2 rooms. And then she said even with the reservation, she still cannot check us in because she found out one of us didn’t bring ID, even though the rest of three have IDs. That’s the worst experience I have ever had since I immigrated to U.S. in 2011.

Light went out in the bathroom the first morning I was there, and the lightbulb was not replaced until late afternoon the next day. Maintenance person who changed the lightbulb also replaced the window screen which had inexplicably not been in the window, but left the window open and unlocked so the room was freezing, not to mention the security issue of leaving the window open while I was gone. Have stayed here in the past but never again.

Staff was nice. That’s the only positive. Room was not very clean (odd smell, counters weren’t wiped down, bathtub was kind of gross). Some odd activity outside my room. People peering in to the room and lingering in the hall outside. A little unsettling.

We chose this hotel to stay after a funeral. The room smelled like must and chemicals. Coleen was helpful getting us a new room. Upon entering, we were greeted by a spider under the sheets. The bathtub had a disgusting amount of hair and dirt in it. It looked as good though there was either fecal matter or throw up behind the toilet. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted.

- 費用対効果は、高いと思います。 - スタッフの方は、人によります。親切に話をしてくれる方もいれば、必要最低限の対応に徹している方もお見掛けします。 - 洗面所の排水が詰まり気味でした。浴槽は、髪の毛が詰まっており、自分で対処する必要がありました。その他、室内は、きちんと清掃されています。 - 目覚ましは、最初から故障しており、電源も入りませんでした。 - ロケーションは、良いと思います。 - 駐車場も多く、停めやすいです。 - 朝食は、マフィンとエナジーバー的なものが、毎朝出ます。長期滞在の際は、簡単でも自炊が大事だと思います。 - 洗濯機、乾燥機は、それぞれ 3 ドルだったかと記憶しています。共用ですが、清潔でした。 - 安全性もよいと思います。 - 長期滞在にて、費用を抑えたい方にとっては、よい選択肢であると思います。 - 排水溝の問題はありましたが、同じような状況がありましたら、再度選択するかなとは思います。
