Dual living rooms, spacious dining area, premium kitchen and full suite of children amenities - the perfect gathering place for your next family trip! This is a two story single family home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is about 2180 sqft. Two sets of stairs lead to the front entrance. \*\*Floor Plan\*\* • Main Floor: Living room w/smart TV, dining room, kitchen, Queen bedroom (with desk), Full bedroom (with an additional twin size pull out trundle), shared bath with tub & shower and heated floors. Deck next to kitchen with spacious outdoor seating & additional bistro set in the backyard. Central A/C and Heating. • Basement: Second living room with Queen pull out sofa & smart TV, King bedroom (with desk), wet bar, bathroom with shower and heated floor, laundry, access to garage. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise. • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation. \*\*About Fees & Pricing\*\* • The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests.
