Perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. Have coffee on the back deck. Hop the First Hill streetcar down to the International District and Pioneer Square, or over to Broadway on Capitol Hill. Take the buses to anywhere in Seattle. This is our first VRBO, and the platform was good. I will admit that I didn't check the amenities very well, and thought it had A/C. It doesn't, but other than the first day, the weather was great for the middle of summer. The property is close to bus transportation, so we never rented a car. Seattle is a wonderful place to play, and this property is a nice place to spend time with the family. Another plus for the property is it has no TV's, but it does have excellent WiFi.
