The outlets were so used that they wouldn't hold my cellphone brick charger and the usb ports were the same condition. The only elevator was also broke down.

Elevator not working and we were on third floor. Very noisy in room - planes all night long, motorcycles and cars going by. Shuttle was great and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was ok.

We stayed here as a bookend on our trip to Seattle to be close to airport. Elevator still broken? Had to use stairs to 3rd floor. Price is pretty high for a broken elevator for a week!

Elevator was broken and we had to carry bags up the stairs. The compensation was early check- which was nice but didn’t compensate for the inconvenience of going up and down the stairs.

I very much liked this hotel, though I was not crazy about the location. Breakfast was good and I very much liked my suite. The hotel is clean and quiet. Staff very friendly. Good gym.

The staff was great, the room was great and we liked the free airport shuttle. The surrounding area is Sea Tac which is not a good area, but it is fine for coming and going to the airport.

We flew in from the west coast. Have stayed here before and this is a rebook. Upon arrival, told their elevators not working and asked if we could climb stairs. I said we could but not with all of our luggage. We ended up in what seems to be the original wing of this hotel? Felt like spare room compared to our stay last fall. It was fine, but not worth the price when I was expecting the value we got last stay.

Die Unterkunft liegt nah am Flughafen, eignet sich daher gut, wenn man dort ankommt oder abfliegt. Ein Flughafenshuttle wird angeboten. Mietwagencenter des Flughafens ist 10 Minuten entfernt. Die Zimmer sind ansprechend und sauber. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war am amerikanischen Standard gemessen sehr gut.

Shuttle driver from the airport was wonderful—he made sure that he had not left anyone behind, and was very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was fabulous, hot, tasty, and plentiful. Quiet room, though right next to an exit, so that was a little noisy.

The property’s elevators have been non-operational for a month waiting for a part. They were extremely nice, upgraded us and gave us a ground floor unit. But beware. The elevators were NOT operating during our stay.

I was really pleased with this airport hotel. I booked it twice for my arriving and departing flights. It was very clean, breakfast was good, and service was friendly. One of the elevators was broken, but it did not affect my stays. On my first stay, the elevator to my room worked; and my second stay, my room was on the first floor. We used the shuttle service, which departs from the hotel every 30 minutes sharp. You have to call for pickup. Unfortunately, we had to call twice, but the shuttle came in a reasonable amount of time. The free breakfast includes: hard boiled and scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, bread and pastries, fruit, milk, juice, coffee, tea, peanut butter and jelly, cream cheese, waffles, etc. Breakfast closes at 9am sharp. Don’t be late for breakfast or the shuttle. I did not use the pool or gym, so I cannot comment on those amenities. The area around the hotel seems safe. The airport is about a mile away. I slept really good and didn’t have any issues with noise or other disturbances. On one of my stays, my room did not have a “do not disturb” sign, so I did get several unwanted and somewhat annoying knocks on my door.
