House was very special with a lot of extras. Kitchen was well equipped. Nice outdoor patio area. We really enjoyed the piano and game room for our grandkids and young adults. Plenty of beds and bathroom space for everyone. Highly recommend! We wished we had plan to stay longer. 20 minute Uber ride to downtown and 5 minute ride to restaurants and grocery store at Ranier Beach. ##### Susan F. We were in Washington for the Mt Rainier half marathon. This spacious, clean home was perfect for our group. Everyone had plenty of space. The kids loved the game room. They also loved the stereo that’s connected in the downstairs bathroom, allowing you to “party while you showe” as the kids said. Our stay went without a hitch. ##### claudia n. It perfectly served as our base camp for all of our Seattle activities as well as gave us several options to spend time together and reconnect as a family at the house. We used everything: basketball hoop out front, foosball table, air hockey table, drum set, ninja turtles arcade game, and a few of the card games. Seven adults, and three tweens, a two year old and almost one year old. The place was exceptionally clean, well appointed, everything you could want for a family get away. Plenty of nice comfy beds, plenty of room for all, even a large play room with an arcade, drums ( could of done without them but the kids loved them😂) ice hockey game as well as several board games. Large big screen tv with premium channels as well. The host was extremely helpful and checked in on us almost daily to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. The neighborhood was ok, not great. The surrounding area was not great. I guest it depends on what you are use to. The property manager communication was amazing and the house was super clean and as advertised. The location did not feel safe, especially at night. I recommend that the alarm that is in the house be allowed to be used by the house guest. Although the house was perfect, I would not rent it again because of the location. ##### Zache D. Not as close to, walking wise, as we were lead to believe to eating places. It sets on end of cul-di-sac area.
