Beautiful Finn Hill Rambler. Open and spacious layout, modern designed and updated kitchen and floors. Large master bedroom with an ensuite, walk-in closet, and a attached office w/high speed internet. A beautiful and fundtional backyard with a huge deck, a custom kids' swing set, and trees all around. Conveniently located within a short drive to Downtown Kirkland, Bellevue, and Seattle. Located on a very quiet street and conveniently one block from the entrance to Big Finn Parks' 220-acre with 9.5 miles of hiking and biking trails, and a playground and recreational fields. Big Finn Park connects to Saint Edward State Park’s 326 acres with 7 miles of biking and hiking trails and 3,000 feet of Lake Washington Shoreline. Walking distance to QFC and restaurants. 3.7 miles to Juanita Beach Park. 2.5 miles to Denny Park, and an excellent beach park on Lake Washington. 2.4 miles to Rhododendron Park. The Space: This is a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom rambler house, total 2050 sq. ft. sitting in a peaceful neighbourhood surrounded by lakes and parks. 1\. Large master with King bed, an ensuite, walk-in closet, and attached office. 2\. 2nd bedroom with Queen bed 3\. 3rd bedroom with Full bed 4\. 4th bedroom setting up as an office w/sofabed to satisfy more people sleeping need. There is a huge deck and a custom kids' swing set. It is on a quiet private street in the Lake Washington School District. Just minutes away from Thoreau Elementary. Guest Access: You will have access to the entire house except the attached garage. There is plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street for three cars. We use smart lock to access the house. Code will be shared on your arrival date 10AM. Other Things to Note: Please be aware that a security camera is installed at the front door for security purposes. Interaction with Guests: Prior to your arrival, our team will send you everything you need to access the property to easily maximize your time during your visit.
