Having the downstairs, which was fully equipped with bathroom and kitchen and accessible to the hot tub outside was a big benefit. Lee was very responsive to emails before, during and after our trip. Every (and I do mean every) room was well-appointed. The living room is large and welcoming with comfy couches, chairs and USB chargers. The kitchen is well-appointed with dishes, pots and pans, appliances like a blender, toaster, instant pot and more. There are extra amenities in the bathrooms if one forgets a personal item. The bedrooms all feature black out curtains (if you choose them), and USB and magnetic wireless phone chargers. I believe that our host, Lee, thought of everything that one might need to enjoy this home. Communication was perfect with the host. Timely, but not intrusive. We were all really happy with our stay. We ordered dinner online to be delivered, we decorated the dining table with birthday party favors, and we played family-fun card games -- while catching up with each other during precious in-person conversations. The kitchen was clean and very well stocked. Our bedrooms were clean and warmly cozy. The bathrooms were clean and delightfully decorated.
