Just a couple of blocks from the bustling N 45th street, it combines modern comforts with convenience. Perfect for discovering Seattle or enjoying a peaceful retreat, it’s close to top-notch restaurants and a unique urban park. The home has 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms and is 1078 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with a few steps along the walkway to the entrance. \*\*Floor Plan\*\* • First Floor: Kitchen with bar seating; living room with comfy couch, smart TV, air-conditioned. • Second Floor: Bedroom with queen bed, bathroom, laundry room in the hallway.
