The host was very communicative and responsive throughout. Couldn't believe how close we were to all the wonderful restaurants and shops of Columbia City - just a short walk down the hill. As a basement apartment (but with it's own super private entrance - a plus!), we knew there would be a bit of noise from above, but it was minimal, and we never heard a sound after 10pm. The place is small but well-appointed with a huge closet and a super comfortable bed. Really appreciated having the olive oil and balsamic vinegar for cooking.
