Queen Anne is a very diverse and urban area very close to major attractions. While it's safe, we have some unhoused in the area as in any other urban enviroment. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500).
