The space was just the right amount for myself, my husband, and two kids (4, 1.5). We were easily able to set up a pack-and-play in the room with the smaller desk. Having a parking space out front was extremely convenient!The area is residential, with people out running or walking dogs, and yet it was still super convenient to see the Woodland Park Zoo, the Seattle Aquarium, the Children's Museum, and the Golden Gardens Beach.
