A bigger cookie sheet would’ve been great. Also, the bunk beds are not anchored to the wall which makes them dangerous, they almost tipped over when one of our guests was getting out. Additionally, it was very clean, with comfortable beds. Just a heads up that the driveway is very narrow and you definitely need a car/ smaller SUV to access it. We parked on the street which was not difficult for finding parking. The location is about 20 minutes North of the city/Space Needle/ ball park etc. in Ballard there is a fun downtown area about 10 mins from the house, a pretty beach area, and Green Lake with lots of walking and bike trails. There was plenty of room for everyone to get ready and afterwards we sat comfortably and ate Thai that was delivered. We played games at the table and really had a fun family night.Everything was clean and comfortable...beds were super comfy and the bedding was soft and cozy!
