Each bedroom and loft has a queen bed in it. Up to eight guests can sleep here in pairs. The apartment is the top unit of our triplex so it does not gets footfall noise. It has it own private entrance with a keyless lock and is cooled in summer, heated in winter with an HVAC system. We are conveniently located in the heart of Ballard, near the corner of 24th Ave NW and NW 64th St. with easy access to public transportation, bus #40 and #18 stop at the corner of our block. We have many restaurants, grocery stores within walking distance. The neighborhood is famous for its nice restaurant, pubs, bar, cafes, bakeries and outdoors activities. The rental comes with the standard amenities to start your stay that you would normally find in a hotel like: clean linens and towels, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, coffee maker, toaster, toilet paper. Please remember we are not a hotel and we do not refill these. In the kitchen there is a gas stove with oven, full fridge, dishwasher, cooking utensils, pots and pans and dinnerware set for 8\. We have a Keurig coffee maker and Italian coffee maker. There is an electric tea kettle and toaster as well. The dining table is expandable to eight allowing your entire family to come together for dinner. Extra folding chairs are stored away in the closet near the entrance. Other amenities include: \-40" flat HDTV in the living room with HD antenna channel and Netflix access. \- Well-lit entrance with sensor lights for late arrivals. \- Rental comes with its own (one) parking space (farthest to the right when facing the house). Parking on the street is free. \- 300 mbps Comcast high speed cable internet with 5G Wi-Fi router. \- Home gym and Laundry room in the first floor included at no charge. \- For families with babies, we have a clean Graco Pack 'n Play Playard with Reversible Napper and Changer that can be used for infants and toddlers. \- Free use of two bikes (first come first serve) to go explore the area. My son is 11, and he loved the loft area. The location is perfect - walkable to everything your heart desires. The laundry and workout room was so convenient. It would be really great for somewhat older children, they would love the loft. Every thing was neat and tidy, and instructions were clear. The on-site parking is a huge bonus. Only complaint, those stairs (puff,puff). I probably missed that detail in the description. I would highly recommend, it’s hard to find reasonable places in Ballard. ##### Ursula K. The place had everything we needed and the Monica even helped us wash and dry a load of laundry. The neighborhood felt safe and super walkable. It was a great home base for all the things we did in Seattle using our CityPass. Highly recommend this lovely spot and super kind host family. They took SUCH great care of us. Having the entire top floor was nice and proved to be quiet. The kitchen was well equipped with drawers labelled to make things easy to find. I interacted with Mario a couple of times and found him helpful and friendly. There are plenty of things within walking distance including markets, places to eat, coffee shops and the great Sunday Farmers Market. I would stay here again. ##### Bradford G. Monica answered all questions, even during her important family event, and I appreciated the early check in and complete lack of hassle at this property. The location of this property should be highlighted because it is situated in such a walkable spot, yet removed enough to have quieter evenings. If you visit on the weekend during the market season, it's a lovely little walk to the market and you're bound to walk away with something. There are loads of food options, small shops, and other attractions near the property that you could easily walk to or take a very short drive. Communication with the property owners was quick and clear, I also appreciated the transparency of the owners when construction started. Overall, very pleased with the experience! ##### Ashley S.
