Each bedroom and loft has a queen bed in it. Up to eight guests can sleep here in pairs. The apartment is the top unit of our triplex so it does not gets footfall noise. It has it own private entrance with a keyless lock and is cooled in summer, heated in winter with an HVAC system. We are conveniently located in the heart of Ballard, near the corner of 24th Ave NW and NW 64th St. with easy access to public transportation, bus #40 and #18 stop at the corner of our block. We have many restaurants, grocery stores within walking distance. The neighborhood is famous for its nice restaurant, pubs, bar, cafes, bakeries and outdoors activities. The rental comes with the standard amenities to start your stay that you would normally find in a hotel like: clean linens and towels, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, coffee maker, toaster, toilet paper. Please remember we are not a hotel and we do not refill these. In the kitchen there is a gas stove with oven, full fridge, dishwasher, cooking utensils, pots and pans and dinnerware set for 8\. We have a Keurig coffee maker and Italian coffee maker. There is an electric tea kettle and toaster as well. The dining table is expandable to eight allowing your entire family to come together for dinner. Extra folding chairs are stored away in the closet near the entrance. Other amenities include: \-40" flat HDTV in the living room with HD antenna channel and Netflix access. \- Well-lit entrance with sensor lights for late arrivals. \- Rental comes with its own (one) parking space (farthest to the right when facing the house). Parking on the street is free. \- 300 mbps Comcast high speed cable internet with 5G Wi-Fi router. \- Home gym and Laundry room in the first floor included at no charge. \- For families with babies, we have a clean Graco Pack 'n Play Playard with Reversible Napper and Changer that can be used for infants and toddlers. \- Free use of two bikes (first come first serve) to go explore the area. It would be really great for somewhat older children, they would love the loft. Every thing was neat and tidy, and instructions were clear. The on-site parking is a huge bonus. The place had everything we needed and the Monica even helped us wash and dry a load of laundry. The neighborhood felt safe and super walkable. Having the entire top floor was nice and proved to be quiet. The kitchen was well equipped with drawers labelled to make things easy to find. I interacted with Mario a couple of times and found him helpful and friendly. There are plenty of things within walking distance including markets, places to eat, coffee shops and the great Sunday Farmers Market. I would stay here again. ##### Bradford G. The kids loved the loft beds. Well maintained. It was a joy to stay in. Almost made us want to stay in more often but the sunny days in Seattle helped us explore more of the city. Good driving distance to the waterfront and downtown areas. I would definitely try to stay here again when the opportunity arises. Thanks to Mario and Monica. Mario's condo is perfect- we arrived to a super clean and well-designed space with enough room for our toddler to run around. The beds were very comfortable and bedrooms were stocked with really nice fans (I'm a sucker for a cool sleeping environment and white noise!). This condo has everything you need, from an iron and board to wine glasses and cooking utensils. Great location and walking distance to awesome shops and we loved the keypad entrance! We were two families, with kids, and were initially a little worried if the place will be big enough for all of us. But the layout is excellent and everything is planned and provided for 8 people. Needless to say, kids loved the loft bedrooms, for them it was the highlight of the whole trip. The place is clean and both kitchen and bathroom are well supplied. Location is great, close to downtown and tourist attractions, yet quiet and green. Mario and Monica are very nice hosts and respond promptly to any inquiry, even on weekends. It truly had everything we needed: laundry (they even provide soap), dishes, parking spot, and comfy beds. It is only a block from a bus stop and was within easy walking distance of grocery stores, restaurants, boutiques and beautiful park spaces. Ballard is a special neighborhood, for sure. The lofts are definitely more suited for young ones but proved great fun for my grandchildren when they came over. Highly recommend! ##### Rachel G. Sep 14, 2016 #### Clean, atteactively renovated, convenient to all area atractions Who stated 3 places on the trip and this property was the most convenient to all the attractions that were on our must-do list in the Seattle area. Mario is very friendly and welcoming. We can tell Pat he spent a lot of time thinking of every detail so that our stay would not only be comfortable but also suggested some good local places to check out that weren't on our radar. Although it doesn't look spacious from the outside, once you go in the door you realize that that is an illusion. All 6 of us were more than comfortable and had our own space.
